Robin is ​both Universal Design and a Certified Aging in Place Designated designer, Robin has a passion for making architecture accessible and green. Robin heads the Robin Bieber Team licensed in PA & DE at Springer Realty Group. Green entrepreneur since 1982, team leader and motivated business professional with wide-ranging business experience and a successful 20+year track record. Constructed corporate organizations from the ground up. Ex-officio from Jenner's Pond Continuous Care Facility. Developed manufactured and marketed patent pending items. Developed organic textile line for Martha Stewart Inc. among others. Demonstrated history of leadership and problem solving under tight deadlines and high pressure. Flexible and versatile---able to maintain high level of leadership skills along with a positive attitude. Thrives on “best thinking” problem solving and strategizing to make clients green dreams come true.

We are so fortunate to have Liliane Angeli, a highly qualified mechanical engineer. She works as project coordinator in purchasing along with scheduling. She keeps us on track! Hailing from Brazil she adds a lot to our team.

Courtney has an eye for design and high attention to detail. She makes all our customization happen!

Having worked with Maddie for almost 30 years she is highly respected in our company. She is our go to for bookkeeping and keeping us rolling.

Jon Markee is our CFO specializing in working with Builders. His vast experience and high focus keeps us on task.

Vance is a highly experience project manager with over 35 years of experience. His attention to detail, excellent customer service and deep knowledge of construction are a major asset to Green Robin Homes

Moses has worked in the building industry for over 30 years and has had varied experiences in all aspects of building. He loves to see a project come to completion. Following the steps to a finished project resulting in a satisfied customer is his goal. Moses has a vast repertoire of problem solving abilities that bring a wonderful skill set to our "Green Team".

Kathy Dugan is well versed in all things real estate along with a high level of customer service training. When she's not busy acquiring all the items necessary for building permits and governmental compliance she's communicating to our clients on their own portal to see the progress of their project.

Robin Nellius, a Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders has been a pioneer in systems built homes in Southeastern PA, DE and MD since 1984. The technology of system engineered homes is now recognized as the forefront of green building. The concept also utilizes resources, labor and transportation in an extremely efficient manner, and relies on extremely energy efficient building practices. With certified green building practices coupled with a life time of building experience, Nellius is again on the forefront of what consumers want. “Saving energy dollars and building responsibly for the planet is what this is about. Imagine what you could do with the thousands of dollars this concept will save on energy costs.” says Nellius.
